FAQ - Analysis

  • Select profile an click on “Edit profile”. 
  • Select “Personal Information”. 
  • Enter the required data and adjust the macronutrient requirement, depending on physical activity, using
  • Select a basal metabolic rate (BMR) calculation method and adjust the percentage of macronutrients to be taken in if necessary.
  • Click on  in order to finish.
  • Select profile and click on “Edit profile”.
  • Select “Settings” to enter performance data for each sport that has intensity zones.
  • Enter maximum heart rate and best performance.
  • By clicking on  you can adjust the intensity zones, using 
  • Further information can be found in the next point “Setting individual intensity zones”.
  • Click on  in order to finish.
  • Select profile an click on “Edit profile”.
  • Select “Settings” to see the sports listed.
  • Click on  and tick “Input intensity zones data manually”.
  • Now you can adjust the values in the zones individually.
  • Click on  in order to finish.
