FAQ - Goal setting

  • Select the dashboard view and click on  in the box “Goals” or click on the desired field in the agenda and select “Create a goal”.
  • Specify the “Goal type”, the “Realization” and add a “Description”.
  • Optionally you can enter further information about the goal.
  • Click on in order to finish.
  • Select the dashboard and click on in the box “Events” or click on the desired field in the agenda and select “Create a competition”.
  • Fill in the fields “Date”, “Importance”, “Description”, “Competition type” and “Duration”.
  • You can optionally add a weblink and a comment.
  • After the competition/event you can enter your result in the same field.
  • Click on  in order to finish.
  • Click on any field in the agenda.
  • Select “Create a macro” and choose the period and the desired phase for your macro plan.
  • Give the plan the desired description.
  • Click on in order to finish.
  • The gross hours are entered in the agenda by the athlete to inform the coach when, for how long and which sports can be trained.
  • Click in the agenda at the desired date in the field and select “Create gross hours”. 
  • Indicate at which time of day, how many minutes and which sports you can train.
  • Click on in order to finish.
  • Click on any field in the agenda and select “Roll-out gross hours”. 
  • Specify the period in which you want to set the gross hours. 
  • By clicking on  the gross hours already planned in this period are transferred to the same weekdays of the following week(s). 
  • Only gross hours can be rolled out that have been set in advance.
