FAQ - Monitoring

  • Select Monitoring, here you can see the training statistics.
  • Fade in the desired parameters via the filter
  • Select the desired statistics period and set the interval selection
  • Choose if you want to see the sports or the intensity zones
  • By clicking on the desired bar in the diagram, the time per sport or the time per intensity zone is displayed.
  • Two bars next to each other show the comparison between planned training and executed training. The bar to the left of the date shows the planned time per sport or the planned intensity per sport. The bar to the right of the date shows the executed training time per sport or the executed training time per intensity zone.
  • The lines running from left to right show the feedback history.
  • Select Monitoring, here you can see the nutrition statistics.
  • Fade in the desired parameters via the filter 
  • Select the desired statistics period  and set the interval selection
  • By clicking on the desired bar in the diagram, the amount of macronutrients is displayed.
  • Two bars next to each other show the comparison between planned energy consumption (basal and active metabolic rate) and planned energy consumption. The bar to the left of the date shows the basal metabolic rate calculated on the basis of the values stored under “Edit profile” and the planned training sessions. The bar to the right of the date shows the effective planned amount of macronutrients.
  • Select Monitoring. 
  • Click with the mouse on the desired bar in the window “Training stats”.
  • For each training session recorded with Strava, a blue number is displayed
  • Click on the number to go to the Strava website and analyse the training.
  • Any athlete who has a Strava account can link it to AZUM system. Training sessions recorded with Strava are then automatically synchronized and appear in the training statistics. You can find out more about linking Strava and AZUM system here.
  • Select Monitoring.

  • Feedback can also be added directly to the dashboard in the atheletes view
  • Click on  in order to finish.
  • Select Monitoring.

  • In the “Comment” box you can leave notes about the completed training session for yourself and/or your coach.

  • In the “Comment” box you can leave notes about the completed training session for yourself and/or your coach.
