FAQ - Realization

  • Click on the desired date in the agenda and select “Add training”. 
  • Specify the training time and priority. 
  • The “Training Editor” helps you to put together your training. 
  • Click on and select the sport, unit, intensity and optional exercise. 
  • To add more intervals click on and select the number of repetitions. 
  • Interval pauses can be created by clicking on  
  • Further exercises or other sports can be added by clicking on
  • If you know the codes well you can also work with the “Training code”. 
  • On the right side you can see the composition of the training. 
  • The watts, speed or heart rate data are based on the intensity zones of the respective athlete. 
  • Click on  in order to finish.
  • Click on any field in the agenda and select “Create template”. 
  • Select the period for which the workout(s) already created should be included in the template. 
  • Tick “Training”, give the plan a name and select  
  • Find out how to insert a template in the next point, “Add training plan template”.
  • Click in the agenda view on
  • Select the day on which the training should take place or the plan should start.
  • Choose your saved trainings/plans in the box “Templates” and click on
  • Find out how to create a template in the previous point, “Create training plan template”.
  • Enter the desired period in the “Plan Selection” box in the dashboard view and click 
  • Now click on the icon in the athlete training view at the top right of each bike training and download it.
  • You will finde here how to import the training to Zwift.
  • Click on the desired date in the agenda and select “Add meal”.
  • Select the time of day and optionally enter a description. 
  • The “Nutrition Editor” helps you to put together your meals. 
  • Click on and select the product type, the product, the quantity and the unit of measurement.   
  • More products will be added by clicking on
  • If you know the nutrition codes well, you can also work with the “Nutrition Code”. 
  • On the right side you can see the composition of your meal. 
  • Click on  in order to finish.
  • Click on any field in the agenda and select “Create template”. 
  • Select the period for which the meal/nutrition plans already created should be included in the template. 
  • Tick “Nutrition”, give the plan a name and select
  • Find out how to insert a template in the next point, “Add nutrition plan template”.
  • Click in the agenda view on
  • Select the day on which the meal should be added or the nutrition plan should start.
  • Select “Templates” to insert your saved meals/nutrition plans and select
  • Find out how to create a template in the previous point, “Create nutrition plan template”.
  • Click on any field in the agenda and select “Create various events”. 
  • Select the desired time period and event type. 
  • Optionally add a description and a comment. 
  • Click on  in order to finish.
  • Click on “Print plan” in the dashboard to print the next training. 
  • To print the training for several days, enter the desired period in the dashboard. Click on in the “Plan selection” box.
